If you are a registered patient at The Family Surgery you can now book non-urgent evening and weekend appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional through a new service launched in October 2018.
Local practices are working together via our GP Federation, Southport & Formby Health Ltd, to offer patients better access to evening and weekend appointments in Southport & Formby through a new service called 7-Day GP Service.
The 7-Day GP Service operates at the following times and location:
- Monday to Friday 5pm - 8pm
- Saturdays and Sundays - 9am - 12pm
- The service operates from The Family Surgery, 107 Liverpool Road, Birkdale, Southport, PR8 4DB.
You can book an appointment at the service by phoning our reception team at The Family Surgery on 01704 566646.
